The Portland Business Journal presents the “Forty Under 40” award to individuals under 40 who have demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities and are actively shaping the future of Portland’s business environment.  Honorees are selected through a peer-review process. This year the PBJ received more than 300 nominations.

“I’m incredibly honored to be nominated and selected for the Forty Under 40, especially during these unprecendented times,” said Blake St. Onge, Principal of Cresa’s Portland Office. “It’s humbling to be listed next to such inspiring thought leaders, innovators and game-changers. Looking at the 2020 cohort, it is clear that Portland’s future is in good hands.”

St. Onge joined the Cresa team in 2017 and has been instrumental in growing the brand in Portland. Since that time, he has grown the office, both in personnel and client engagements, landing Cresa the #8 spot on Portland’s 2019 Fastest Growing Company’s list.  In 2019, St. Onge was recognized with the Costar Power Broker Award for being one of the region’s top office leasing brokers, and continues to drive internal initiatives across the Cresa platform as co-chair of Cresa’s Emerging Leadership Council.

“Blake is a connector and a community builder,” said Managing Principal, Bill Baldwin. “We are incredibly proud of the work he’s done as an advocate for Portland based-companies. We know big things are in store for his future and are excited to see his career continue to grow.”

St. Onge serves the Portland community by volunteering with the following organizations: De La Salle North Catholic High School (Ambassador Board Member), Rotary Club of Portland (Chair of the U40 Committee and Trust Board Member), Habitat for Humanity, Young Entrepreneurs Business Week, Knights of Columbus, Boy Scouts of America.
