“Jessika will serve as a project manager, guiding clients through the lifecycle of a construction project, including workplace, relocation and move management services,” said Cresa Principal, Sean Heaton. “She has a clear dedication to serving her clients and we could not be happier to add her to Cresa’s growing team in the Portland market.”

Jones’s unique background in helping investors establish and execute their real estate goals allows her to carefully strategize with clients for the best possible outcome. She is skilled at research, marketing, drafting and negotiating contracts, lease and due diligence review, among many other talents.

“I am very excited to join Cresa and further apply my passion for tenant advocacy,” said Jones. “I was attracted by Cresa’s collaborative culture and service-based mentaility.”

In 2019, Cresa’ Portland office was named one of Portland’s Fastest Growing Privatly Owned Companies. For more information about Cresa’s goals for growth and our diversity and inclusive initiative, click here.
