The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission last month released a review of the liquified natural gas terminal that has been proposed for Coos Bay, but Gov. Ted Kulongoski says the commission acted too quickly and without enough information.

Gov. Ted Kulongoski has written the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to take issue with its final review of the Jordan Cove liquefied natural gas terminal in Coos Bay.

Kulongoski, who has not taken a position on LNG terminals, criticized the commission for issuing a final environmental analysis of Jordan Cove before the state and other federal agencies that do the more substantive analysis have completed their work.
