Gov. John Kitzhaber said that small and medium-sized forward-thinking businesses will lead Oregon out of the recession.
In a speech to the Salem Rotary Club, Gov. John Kitzhaber said that small and medium-sized forward-thinking businesses will lead Oregon out of the recession.
