Eugene-based solar panel manufacturer Grape Solar expanded its partnership with Costco Wholesale Corp. to sell its home solar energy systems online.

The partnership allows Grape Solar to distribute its products nationwide.

“For the first time, a leading retailer with numerous locations, quality recognition and tens of millions of loyal customers has made it possible for end users to buy high-quality solar products at great prices and have the products delivered directly to their homes in a matter of days,” Ocean Yuan, Grape Solar’s president, said in a news release.

Grape’s partnership with Issaquah, Wash.-based Costco began in July, when it began offering just solar panels inside Costco Warehouse stores in nine test markets, including Washington and Oregon.
