Integra Telecom replaced longtime chief executive Dudley Slater with Tom Casey, the company’s first new CEO in 13 years.

Casey has been Integra’s chairman since 2009.

Under Slater, the upstart phone company grew into one of Portland’s largest businesses and became a leader among a new class of competitive phone and Internet companies.
