A Gresham businessman has entered the rapidly changing DVD rental business with KwikFlicks.
The company provides DVD, Blu-ray and video game rentals through self-service kiosks.
KwikFlicks founder Gregg Marshall, a Gresham resident, says he started the company because he saw a viable business opportunity that didn’t have many competitors or franchise opportunities.
“(My) focus was to go after convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations,” Marshall says, noting that each kiosk is located near apartment complexes and multi-family homes.
