However, for unknown reasons H&M will neither confirm nor deny its second location in the Portland area.

Hennes & Mauritz was equally mum last December as word got out it would open its first Oregon location, a 25,000-square-foot store at Pioneer Place in downtown Portland. And while the official announcement came in May, the retailer has never said exactly when the store will open.
An entry on the retailer’s blog Wednesday shows Pioneer Place listed among 12 sites set for grand openings this fall. Clerks at neighboring stores and mall security have said they expect a November unveiling.
