Legislature passes marijuana edibles bill

Senate Bill 1511 allows medical-marijuana dispensaries to sell consumable marijuana products and oils to all customers over 21.

…SB 1511 mandates that potency testing be in place before dispensaries can sell edibles or concentrates. Cementing that testing process will likely determine when dispensaries can begin recreational sales.

The same bill also allows "recreational marijuana stores to sell tax-free medical marijuana to patients," according to Oregon Live.
