Jack Elmer, co-founder of JaCiva’s Chocolates, died at the age of 75.

JaCiva (Elmer founded it with his wife Iva in 1986) became noted for its inventive cakes — many a couple enlisted the company to supply the finishing touch on their big day’s feast — as well as its delectable and myriad line of chocolates.
