Five Taylor Farms firms are pulling prepared foods that contain ingredients included in the Reser’s recall over fears they’re contaminated with listeria.

Reser’s Fine Foods, headquartered in Beaverton, announced its first recall last Tuesday after Canadian authorities found listeria through microbiological testing. The FDA investigated and discovered a problem with contamination in the company’s Kansas plant, where the items were manufactured. That investigation triggered an expanded recall of prepared salads that were sold nationwide.
