Sussman Shank LLP is pleased to welcome three new members to the firm's Litigation Department. Timothy J. Coleman joins the firm as a Partner, Tab Wood joins as an Associate, and Sean R. McClendon joins as a Staff Attorney and Paralegal.

Timothy J. Coleman
Tim's accomplished practice focuses on civil litigation. He has represented individuals as well as small and large businesses for over 30 years. He has defended cases involving personal injury, commercial matters, labor and employment law, railroad matters, regulatory, third party, insurance, environmental and toxic torts, real estate, contract matters, and product liability and business disputes. Tim has tried over 75 cases to verdict and has also handled many arbitrations and mediations.
Tim earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon. He is admitted to the Oregon, Washington, and Idaho State Bar.
Tab represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation, including complex personal injury, employment, commercial, and real estate litigation.
Tab received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Sewanee: The University of the South. He is admitted to the Oregon, Washington, and Idaho State Bar.
Sean R. McClendon
Sean's litigation experience includes representing individuals and businesses in cases involving complex personal injury, commercial and business disputes, labor and employment issues, real estate matters, and property damage claims.
Sean also assists on all aspects of case management including discovery management, fact investigation and development, legal research, drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, and trial submissions.
Sean received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
