Four Oregon nonprofits leaders discussed their workplace cultures in a panel moderated by OB staff writer Sander Gusinow this week. The event was followed by on-stage recognition of this year’s 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon — OB‘s first in-person celebration of Oregon’s top nonprofits since the COVID pandemic began in 2020.

Tuesday’s event was held at Portland Center Stage and was sponsored by Columbia Bank.
