Willamette Valley Clinics are pleased to announce Ricki Keyser has accepted the position of clinic manager for McMinnville Internal Medicine and McMinnville Surgical Associates.
Keyser was formally at Willamette Valley Meical Center initially working as a Human Resources Specialist before transferring to Willamette Valley Clinics’ supervisor in January 2023.
As supervisor, Keyser was instrumental in stabilizing the staff by implementing processes that have improved workflow and communication. She has earned the respect of the providers in the clinics through her dedication to addressing concerns and suggestions consistently.
Keyser’s soothing demeanor and skill in handling challenging situations will be invaluable as she takes on the role of clinic manager, guiding these clinics to even greater success.
