Oregon news out of this year's San Diego Comic Con is running the gamut from "this place is huge!" to tidbits from the state's comics and television industries.
Television show "Grimm" has a presence at SDCC and continues to show Portland some love:
This is great continuing news, because as our September 2012 Celluloid Forest story reported, $130 million was spent in Oregon in 2011 producing film, television and TV commercials, up from $62 million in 2009.

And its presence is felt all the way in Portland in terms of Twitter traffic this year. Portland Trends (@trendinaliaPDX) monitors trending Twitter topics in the city, and discovered that #SDCC had cracked the top 20:
