Registration is now open for Bullard Law’s November 9, 2016 NLRB Workshop: The NLRB’s Joint Employment Standard and Temporary Employees – What Does it Mean for You?.

We invite you to participate in an interactive discussion about how recent National Labor Relations Board decisions on joint employment can affect unionized and non-unionized businesses who use temporary employees.

The NLRB has recently followed up its decision to relax its standard for finding joint employment in Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. by overruling its decision in Oakwood Care Center, which had required the agreement of both joint employers before it would include jointly-employed employees in the same bargaining unit as those employed by only one of the employers.

At this Workshop we will review the NLRB’s new joint employer standard and work through practical scenarios showing what the NLRB’s overturning Oakwood means for your unionized or non-union business.  If you use temporary or agency employees to supplement your workforce, this Workshop is for you.
