Lane Powell is proud to announce the formal launch of their Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, which was organized to better serve their clients in this increasingly popular area — an area their attorneys have been working in for years.
Leading this formalized practice group as co-chairs are Lane Powell attorneys Shawn M. Lindsay, who recently became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (“CIPP/US”), and JoAnn Lee Kohl, who is testing to become a CIPP/US. Group members include 22 Firm attorneys with experience in a broad-range of legal areas, including business, labor and employment, intellectual property and long term care.
