This will delay protective orders for victims of domestic violence, stalking and elder abuse because they will not be able to obtain protective orders on those days. Business, personal injury, debt collection and divorce cases would be significantly delayed.

The new site demonstrates, through example photographs, the poor conditions found in many of the court facilities around the state. Only 10 of the 48 Oregon court facilities met state-adopted guidelines when they were surveyed in 2008.
