The 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon 2014
Its 21st year!
Based on its widely recognized 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon project, the 100 Best Green Companies are determined by an anonymous employee survey and an independent assessment of the employers’ sustainability practices.
For the sixth annual 100 Best Green Companies in 2014, Sustainable Practices questions were incorporated into both the 100 Best Nonprofits survey, conducted April-June 2013 and the 100 Best Companies survey, conducted August-November 2013. More than 16,000 employees from 407 Oregon workplaces took part in these two surveys.
In March, we will notify all company and nonprofit survey participants whether or not they are a 100 Best Green Company. We will celebrate these workplaces at a luncheon event on May 28, 2014 at the Nines Hotel in Portland.
The 2015 100 Best Companies survey opens August 18 and runs through November. Companies must sign up initially and will then receive survey instructions. There is no cost to participate or be listed in the magazine.
If you represent a for-profit private or public company or division with at least 15 regular full- or part-time Oregon employees (including owners/executives) and are interested in signing up for the first time, email the project manager or call 503-445-8828 with the name, phone number and email address of the person who will act as the contact for your company; also provide company name and number of Oregon and worldwide employees.
The 21-year-old survey is used to determine the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon highlighted in the March issue of Oregon Business, as well as the 100 Best Green Companies to Work For in Oregon, highlighted in the June issue.
