SKANSKA, one of the country's largest development firms, has launched a program in Portland called Building with the Objective to provide Opportunity through Sustainable Training (BOOST), an 8-week course aimed at educating and enlarging the sub-contractor pool.

We spoke with Mel Jones, SKANSKA's diversity manager and creator of the BOOST program.
