A new facility in West Eugene, plus broader distribution and fresh executive team, are boosting the fortunes of Burley Design.

The company is positioned to take off, owner Mike Coughlin said.

The lanky, white-haired Coughlin, 58, an accountant by training, keeps his eye on the company’s financials, but he also sees the big picture. He sees opportunities laid out before Burley, and what the company must do now to grasp those opportunities.
