Beaverton could get first brewery

Beaverton's specialty brew store, Uptown Market, plans to open a new brewery in July.

During its first year, Uptown Market’s brewery will donate 50 percent of its profits to local charities. The brewery will continue to honor this ideal by hosting annual fundraisers and supporting other community initiatives. “We are excited to not only evolve our offerings and open Beaverton’s first brewery, but also for the opportunity to give back to the local community that has been so supportive of Uptown Market over the years,” said Stuart Faris of Uptown Market.
