East Coast storm cancels PDX flights

Many flights are grounded at the Portland International Airport as the East Coast braces for a major blizzard.

Alaska Airlines has cancelled all flights to and from Newark, New Jersey, and Boston for Friday.

United Airlines said it has cancelled a total of 900 flights for Friday in advance of the storm. Delta Air Lines Inc. canceled 740.
