Green Zebra Grocery coming to Woodstock and Kenton

Former New Seasons Market CEO Lisa Sedlar says her new Green Zebra Grocery stores will open in the fall.

The first two stores, which will feature local produce and meats, healthy prepared meals and select grocery items, will be unveiled in the Woodstock neighborhood in Southeast Portland and the Kenton neighborhood in North Portland.

While Green Zebra's offerings will, in many ways, look like those of her former company, Sedlar said that she'll still stock some traditional convenience-store fare of Gatorade and Doritos.
