Janrain to get new investment

Portland's Janrain is close to a $33 million venture capital round, according to a regulatory filing.

That would be bigger than any venture investment announced by an Oregon company last year.

Janrain makes social login technology, which enables websites to offer online registration through established digital identities from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and many others.
