Tektronix owner Danaher Corp. posted higher quarterly revenue but warned of upcoming cuts.

“The worsening macroeconomic headlines suggest it's prudent to accelerate cost actions while maintaining our growth investments,” chief executive Larry Culp said in a written statement.

The statement did not indicate what kind of cost cuts Culp plans, but last fall Tektronix laid off an unspecified number of Oregon workers amid similar cost cuts.
