Eugene-based Bulk Handling Systems acquired National Recovery Technologies, a company that makes sorting equipment for solid waste and recycling industries.
Buying National Recovery further strengthens Bulk Handling’s position as a global leader in manufacturing equipment to sort recyclable materials, [CEO Steve] Miller said, and paves the way for continued growth. Bulk Handling has been on a fast growth track, adding customers worldwide and more than tripling its staff in a little more than a year, from 70 to the current 260 — including 30 National Recovery employees.
