Target stores in Salem and Keizer are getting expanded grocery sections, including fresh produce and meats.

 

Local Targets are being upgraded to what the retailer calls its "PFresh" concept. By the end of this year, most Target stores in Oregon will have completed a full remodel.
"We are not trying to be a full grocery destination, but we're trying to eliminate stops outside (of Target) for our guests," said Lisa Sherland, a manager at the Target store on 3790 Center St. NE in Salem.
