According to BizBuySell.com, the median asking price for Portland-area businesses has dropped by 14% in the past year.
However, those businesses also generated more revenue, $446,880 in 2014 compared to $411,522 last year, according to BizBuySell.com. Plus, the companies’ median cash flow remained the same, at $90,000.
The company uses listing data to generate local statistics because closed transaction figures frequently aren’t available.
