Settlement reached in alleged sexual assault lawsuit

Portland investor Nitin Khanna settled a civil lawsuit accusing him of rape.

“The parties have settled this dispute. The terms of the settlement are confidential and reflect both parties’ desire to put this issue behind them and move forward,” said Portland attorney David Markowitz, who represented Portland investor and tech executive Nitin Khanna.
