Portland International Airport served 15 million passengers in 2013.

Improvements in the economy, an unprecedented increase in December travel and expanded route choices for passengers all contributed to last year's passenger record. Meanwhile, PDX air freight remained steady at 212,414 tons for 2013, up .03 percent from 2012.
