Portland startup purchases Washington, D.C. company

Cozy, a website that provides rental applications and tenant screenings, bought Landlordology, which offers online advice to landlords.

Today’s acquisition, Landlordology, will add to Cozy’s product portfolio. The company said it plans to add educational material this year for both landlords and renters and to tie them in closely to its core product.
