Lane County's housing market is showing improvement over a year ago despite being flat in November.
The residential real estate market traditionally cools off along with the weather in the fall and winter months. Both pending and completed sales dropped by double digits from October to November, with pending sales falling by about 15 percent and completed sales dropping by more than 20 percent.
