Several Salem small business owners are using Facebook to get the word out about their businesses instead of using traditional brick and mortars.
Scott Sadler has been an entrepreneur for 25 years. His started his latest business, Creative Conflict Solutions, in 2008.
“I’ve done the brick and mortar for previous businesses, but at this point I like to work anywhere in the world,” he said.
He said the biggest disadvantage of using nontraditional forms of marketing is the constant change. Sometimes an application he became accustomed to using changes or is no longer available.
