Downtown Portland preps for holiday shoppers

Downtown Portland retailers are prepared for an influx of money from holiday shoppers.

This year, there are a lot more choices. More local and national companies are now calling downtown home, all by design by the city that's now the best gift of all for the city's economy.

Park West Tower is restarting construction. City Target at the Galleria opened with great fanfare, so did Microsoft. Not to be out done, a new Apple store in on the way.
