Cover Oregon paper applications rise

Cover Oregon is getting almost twice as many paper applications as electronic applications.

Cover Oregon spokesman Michael Cox says that as of Wednesday, the marketplace has received 4,260 paper applications and 2,459 electronic ones.

Applicants can use the website to get information about plans, but it isn't reliable enough to tell them which specific plans and subsidies they are eligible for.
