Oregon's economy is growing at the average pace it has maintained since 1990, according to the latest University of Oregon monthly index.
That’s good news, [economist Tim] Duy said. What makes him even happier, he said, is that “with fiscal contraction waning in the latter half of the year that gives us hopefully potential for stronger growth going forward.”
The index has been on a steady upward trend since September 2012.
