SolarWorld is appealing federal trade rulings to increase tariffs on Chinese solar companies.

SolarWorld contends the U.S. Commerce Department undervalued aluminum frames used in Chinese solar-panel production, significantly understating anti-dumping duties. The company also argues that many Chinese manufacturers failed to show they were free of government ownership and control in China, meaning they should be subject to a higher tariffs.
