Cedar Mill shopping center getting overhaul

Beaverton's Milltowner shopping center in the Cedar Mill neighborhood is getting a total overhaul.

Property manager Ryan Egge, of Bales Findley, said the buildings have outlived their usefulness. The plan is to completely rebuild the center and give it a more current look and feel. The center may even get a new name.

“It's a difficult thing. It signals the beginning of the end,” Egge said. “If we can, we'd like to incorporate some of those tenants.”
