Coburg's new industrial business park CoburgNorth is filling up with tenants.

In addition to APEL Extrusions, a Canada aluminum company, which recently revealed plans to move its West Coast operations to CoburgNorth in July 2014, JAJ Enterprises, the Eugene-based parent company of several vehicle glass companies, and a unit of Springfield-based Hamilton Construction both plan to buy buildings in the 69-acre industrial park.

John Tokatly, owner of the 75-­employee JAJ Enterprises — the parent company of RV Glass Solutions, Coach Glass, A-1 Auto Glass and Premier Auto Glass, always had wanted a location near the busy interstate. He thought it would be a convenient spot for shipping and storing jumbo windshields for recreational vehicles, buses, fire trucks and other vehicles, and an easy place for RV owners to pull over and have windows replaced, he said.
