Oregon Liquor Control Commission chair Cassandra Skinner announced she will resign effective June 30.
The announcement is one more in a series of shake-ups at the agency that has seen its director depart after tangling with Gov. John Kitzhaber and its top enforcement officer leave while he was subject of an internal investigation.
Skinner is general counsel and health equity officer for Trillium Community Health Plan in Eugene. She said in a statement that her duties there continue to grow.
