Where were the arguments against this measure in the Voter's guide? Considering it is an election forced by a popular revolt against the Commission's 5-0 vote, AND the power of the No campaign, it looks like some undue influence was exercised of the elections division, who should be investigated. If so, legally this referendum would be declared invalid. The voter's guide is central to democracy in Oregon. The fluoride lobby crossed the line this time.
