As senior citizens themselves, Tom and Betty Ruckman decided to raise miniature cows in Central Oregon to provide smaller cuts of meat to other senior citizens.

They are now seeing a great interest in their bulls from Professional Bull Riders, Inc.

Mini bulls are ridden by miniature cowboys--tiny buckaroos with giant courage, better known as little boys. Pee Wee Rodeo is crawling with little tikes who are ready to move on from mutton-busting to something more challenging, more rewarding, and yes, more dangerous.

Because of the demand from the PBR, the Ruckmans are having a hard time deciding whether to raise them for beef or for bucking.
