Sponsors of the initiative to get medical marijuana dispensaries on the November 2010 ballot say they have turned in enough signatures to qualify.
Initiative 28 would create the Oregon Regulated Medical Marijuana Supply System, to be funded by license fees and taxes on marijuana dispensaries and producers.
