When Southern Oregon gets its first all-electric cars later this year, Lithia Motors Chairman and CEO Sid DeBoer and his wife, Karen, will be first in the drivers seats. One of the nation's top auto retailers, DeBoer put a deposit down on two 2011 Nissan Leafs, though he won't be receiving an advanced delivery or dealer discount.
