Portland-based company Pacific Green Innovations plans to build 10,000 paper homes in Haiti, creating jobs and providing much-needed shelter.
The recycled paper panels are being tested for toxicity, fire and moisture resistance, strength, and more at Portland State University before they will be marketed in the United States.
