A report released by the Federal Housing Finance Agency yesterday shows that housing prices fell 23 percent in Bend from the first quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010. The report ranked 301 metropolitan areas in the U.S., and showed a 8.6 percent decrease in house prices nationwide. Download the FHFA report PDF. |

Bioscience complex will house six local companies in 2013
From Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute: OTRADI today announced its plans to open and operate a 13,000 square-foot multi-tenant bioscience complex in the Willamette Wharf building at 4640 SW Macadam Avenue.
