Facebook is gearing up to build a data center - the first owned by the company - in Prineville. The 147,000-square-foot, $188.2 million data center is expected to bring in about 35 jobs.

The major draw for the move: the tax incentives offered through an enterprise zone, which will save the company as much as $2.8 million a year in local taxes.
