Ninkasi Brewing Co. has only been in business for three years, but it has already made a name for itself in the Northwest and is looking to break into the Northern California market.
After crossing the 15,000-barrels mark last year, the Eugene-based company is the first Oregon brewery to be designated a regional craft brewery in over a decade.
