Scalpers and ticket sellers are battling for the bucks as fans gear up for the Oregon Civil War game.

There's no anti-scalping law in Oregon, said Kate Medema, with the Oregon Department of Justice. Although Oregon officials caution buyers to beware of counterfeit tickets, sellers can list their tickets for whatever the market will bear...

Since Saturday, when victories by both Oregon and Oregon State left them at the top of the conference, interest in Civil War tickets has taken off.
